About Hybrid Conversions
Hybrid H2O Technologies is an environmentally responsible company who is committed to helping you save money on fuel by extending the amount of fuel needed to operate your vehicle and dramatically reduce pollutants emitted from your tailpipe.
Therefore, we are not out to reinvent the wheel. To totally convert your vehicle to run on hydrogen only would be far too expensive for the average person. So, the solution to this problem was to develop a system that would have a positive environmental impact and reduce fuel demands, while keeping the entire process affordable and easy to maintain.
Now we can convert any fossil fuel engine which requires vapor to run with a blended mixture of fuel and hydrogen. What you end up with is a dual fuel system known as a hybrid.

If you don't want to convert your vehicle into a hybrid because you might think it may be too hard or too expensive, but think you may prefer to buy one already converted, then check out the Hydrogen 7 offered by BMW in 2008. While there check out the other green alternatives. Use the back arrow to return.
Hydrogen known as (H) is the most abundant element in the universe, but it is generally bonded to another element.
Hydrogen Gas (H2) is a diatomic gas composed of hydrogen atoms and is colorless and odorless.
Hydrogen is flammable when mixed with oxygen over a wide range of concentrations.
To extract hydrogen from water, a few things are necessary. One, you must use some sort of purified water to keep the debris to a minimum and second is to add an electrolyte.(baking soda or salt.)( Home tests.)
For production? Potasium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide. There are other catalyst we are testing and planning to test which we hope will be more environmentally friendly.
Then you must excite the water and separate the hydrogen by introducing voltage to the mix. To test this theory, you can separate two bare wires into the mix connected to a battery. You can get results from as little as 1.5 volts. Of course D.C. voltage works best and is alot safer too. Most cars and trucks today operate on a 12 volt system but the alternator output is usually between 13 and 13 1/2 volts on an average.
The difference between 1.5 volts and 13 volts is quite dramatic. The more D.C.voltage introduced to the mix will extract more hydrogen.
The larger bubbles you see will be the hydrogen and the smaller ones will be the oxygen.
A simple amp meter will tell you if your system is working. Under cold start up the hydrogen generator will draw between 5-9 amps. After warm up the amp draw may climb to as much as 15 amps. Of course some of the larger models, for say diesel trucks, may exceed 30 amps.
By using the method explained above you are actually creating what is called Brown's Gas. The process draws 2 parts hydrogen and 1 part oxygen from the water. Then by the engines own vacuum, this mixture is drawn into the engine and burnt as fuel.
The cars computer will calibrate the actual fuel needs for the power called for. And since the introduction of the hydrogen will cause more horsepower, the computer will recalibrate the fuel needs to sustain the level of power needed.
Octane Ratings
Hydrogen has a highest rating of octane than most all other fuels. By comparison you can see the difference.
As you can see Hydrogen has a higher octane rating because it can be compressed more than say, Gasoline or even Methane. So the more hydrogen you can pack into the cylinders, the less fuel needed to produce the same amount or even more power.

Hydrogen was first discovered in 1766 by Henry Cavendish who was an English Chemist and Physicist. He was the first to recognize hydrogen as a distinct substance. He also described the composition of water as a combination of hydrogen and oxygen. (H2O)

New Technological Advances
On June 27th, 2007, U.S. Patents 4,936,961 and 5,149,407 by the late inventor Stanley A. Meyer of Ohio expired, and his technology for the Water Fuel Cell fell permantly into the public domain in the United States.
But this is the most sophisticated approach to "Hydrogen-on-Demand" technology (running a vehicle or genset on water alone,no electrolytes).
Several Universities are now trying to replicate this technology including H2earth Institute located in Washington D.C. http://h2earth.org
And for detailed information written on this technology is supplied here in The Pratical Guide to Free-Energy Devices http://panaceauniversity.org
We are closely monitoring the advances of the H2Earth Institute and following up with our own experiments. The institute has 50 researchers in 15 countries working on the same problems to further our understanding. These new advances are truely exciting and we will continue to work in this direction while we continue to develop our current products.
Stay in touch as new product lines will be available soon.

Pictures of Genesis Prototype
Here's some pictures of the single Genesis Prototype installed
This is the 1990 Olds Delta 88 with a single generator installed getting 23 mpg. This car has only 76,000 miles on it at the time this picture was taken and has had no modifications on it except the modified plenum as to hook up this particular prototype.
